2 KEY SALE INFORMATION Please note – admission to the auction hall is by catalogue only. Catalogues are £5 each and admits two people. Viewing The vehicles are available to be viewed at the Warwickshire Event Centre (CV31 1XN) on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th June between 10am and 5pm and on Saturday 17th June from 9am until the auction commences. Please use the postcode CV31 1XN, parking is off the Fosse Way entrance. Auction Day Saturday 17th June from 10.30am. Please use the postcode CV31 1FE. Car parking is off the Southam Road entrance. The auctioneer will aim to sell approximately 20-25 vehicles per hour. Buyer’s premium Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium on the hammer price. Our buyer’s premium charge is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT on the hammer and buyer’s premium and some may be subject to import VAT. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. Payments All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 19th June 2023. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd, sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be made (in person only) up to £20,000 by debit card and £5,000 by credit card. Cash payments are not permitted. Collection Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles can be collected from the Warwickshire Event Centre (CV31 1XN) on Sunday 18th between 10am and 3pm and Monday 19th between 9am and 1pm. Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the Warwickshire Event Centre by 1pm on Monday 19th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT (including three days free storage). Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter. The administration team will contact you post-sale to discuss transport arrangements.
