2 CCA The London Classic Car Show Sale 25th-27th June 2021 classiccarauctions.co.uk VIEWING The cars and documentation will be available to view at Syon Park on Friday 25th June between 10am and 7pm and Saturday 26th June from 10am. On Sunday 27th June we will be open for the day as a post-auction showroom. As the auction is part of the wider event, you will need to purchase a ticket to the London Classic Car Show to be able to view the vehicles and bid in the room. Please bring this catalogue with you to the auction if you are attending in person. You can purchase discounted tickets in advance online at www.theclassiccarshowuk.com. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyers premium charge is 11% +VAT (13.2% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyers premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyers premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. ONLINE BIDDING Please note that online bidding incurs an additional surcharge of 1% plus VAT of the hammer price. PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 28th June 2021. Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd, sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be accepted (in person only) up to £20,000 for debit cards and £5,000 for credit cards. COLLECTION We need to be clear of Syon Park by 5pm on Monday 28th June. Vehicles can be collected from Syon Park on Monday 28th June between 8am and 3pm. We cannot guarantee removal of vehicles before this time. Any motor vehicles not collected by 3pm on Monday 28th June will be taken to our transport partners storage facility for a fee of £175 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Thursday 1st April onwards. Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. INSURANCE Please remember, once the hammer falls, the risk of the lot passes to you.
