2 CCA 26 th March Spring Live Online Auction 2021 classiccarauctions.co.uk VIEWING We are offering dedicated, one-to-one, virtual viewings of the cars that are of interest to you, from now through to 25th March. In alignment with current government guidelines we are open for viewing to trade members and we can also facilitate professional inspections where you instruct a professional to carry out an inspection on your behalf. This will require a confirmed secure appointment; please contact the member of staff listed on the lot(s) of interest to arrange this. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyers premium charge is 11% +VAT (13.2% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyers premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyers premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. ONLINE BIDDING Please note that online bidding incurs an additional surcharge of 1% plus VAT of the hammer price. PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 29th March 2021. Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd client account, sort code 40-51-62, account number 29261894. Payments made by bank transfer over the weekend will not show in our bank account until the Monday morning. Cash and card payments are not permitted. COLLECTION Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles can be collected from Stoneleigh Park from Monday 29th until Wednesday 31st March under the ‘click and collect’ guidance. Any motor vehicles not collected by 1pm on Wednesday 31st March will be taken to our transport partners storage facility for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Thursday 1st April onwards. INSURANCE Please remember, once the hammer falls, the risk of the lot passes to you.
