2 CCA THE PRACTICAL CLASSICS CLASSIC CAR & RESTORATION SHOW SALE 25TH SEPTEMBER 2021 VIEWING The vehicles are available to be viewed on Wednesday 22nd between 12pm – 5pm, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th between 9pm – 5pm and Saturday from 9am until the auction commences. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyers premium charge is 11% +VAT (13.2% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyers premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyers premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. ONLINE BIDDING Please note that online bidding incurs an additional surcharge of 1% plus VAT of the hammer price. You will need to register directly with our online partners. PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 27th September 2021. Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd, sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be made (in person only) up to £20,000 by debit card and £5,000 by credit card. We cannot accept cash. COLLECTION Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles can be collected from Stoneleigh Park, Hall 1 (CV8 2LG) on Sunday 26th between 10am and 3pm and Monday 27th between 9am and 3pm. Any motor vehicles not collected by 3pm on Monday 27th will be taken to our transport partners storage facility for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Thursday onwards. INSURANCE Please remember, once the hammer falls, the risk of the lot passes to you.
