2 KEY SALE INFORMATION Please note – admission to the sale area is by catalogue only. Catalogues are £10 each and admit two people. Viewing The vehicles are available to be viewed in The Walled Garden, Tatton Park, Cheshire from 9.30am to 4pm on Friday 31st May and from 9.30am until the auction commences on Saturday 1st June. Auction Saturday 1st June – 11am The auctioneer will aim to sell approximately 25 - 30 vehicles per hour. Event Tickets To gain access to the auction you will require a ticket to the Classic and Performance Car Spectacular. Admission is not included in the price of the catalogue. Tickets can be purchased on their website tattonclassiccarshow.com/tickets . You will not need a ticket for viewing on Friday 31st May as the wider event won’t be running. Parking at Tatton Park is operated and managed by the National Trust. Parking costs £8 per vehicle and contributes to the cost of conserving and maintaining Tatton Park. Buyer’s premium Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium on the hammer price. Our buyer’s premium charge is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT on the hammer and buyer’s premium and some may be subject to import VAT. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. Payments All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 3rd June. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd, sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be made (in person only) up to £20,000 by debit card and £5,000 by credit card. Cash payments are not permitted. We cannot accept American Express. Collection Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles must be collected from Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN on Monday 3rd June between 9am and 2pm. Our transport partner, EM Rogers, can assist with collection and delivery. Due to restrictions we need to be clear of the venue by 2pm on Monday 3rd June therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £225 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day. The administration team will contact you post-sale to discuss transport arrangements.
