KEY SALE INFORMATION Please note – admission to the auction hall is by catalogue only. Catalogues are £10 each and admit two people. Viewing The vehicles are available to be viewed at the NEC, Birmingham from 10am to 5.30pm on Friday 22nd and from 9am on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th March. Auction There will be two days of auctions, both commencing at 12pm, on: • Saturday 23rd March – Lots 101 - 214 • Sunday 24th March – Lots 301 - 412 The auctioneer will aim to sell approximately 20 - 25 vehicles per hour. Event Tickets The auction is part of The Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show which is a ticketed event. Admission is not included in the price of the catalogue. Tickets can be purchased via the NEC website using the following discount code: CLASSICCARAUC to save £2 per person. Buyer’s premium Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium on the hammer price. Our buyer’s premium charge is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT at 20%). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT on the hammer and buyer’s premium and some may be subject to import VAT. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premiumwill not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. Payments All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 25th March. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible to the following account: Classic Car Auctions Ltd, sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be made (in person only) up to £20,000 by debit card and £5,000 by credit card. Cash payments are not permitted. We cannot accept American Express. Collection Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles can be collected from the NEC, Birmingham, B40 1NT on Monday 25th March between 8.30am and 1pm. Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the NEC by 1pm on Monday 25th March therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter. The administration team will contact you post-sale to discuss transport arrangements.
