2 CCA SEPTEMBER 2022 CLASSIC CAR SALE 2 KEY SALE INFORMATION Please note – admission to the auction hall is by catalogue only. Viewing Thursday 22nd September 10am – 5pm, followed by our Charity Car-B-Q. Friday 23rd September 10am – 5pm. Saturday 24th September from 9am until the auction commences. Auction Saturday 24th September from 11am. The auctioneer will aim to sell approximately 20-25 vehicles per hour. Buyer’s premium Like the majority of auctioneers, Classic Car Auctions charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% + VAT (15% including VAT). VAT Some lots may be subject to VAT on the hammer and buyer’s premium and some may be subject to import VAT on the hammer only. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. Payments All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 26th September. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Please note our bank account details: sort code 20-98-87, account number 63466515. Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted. Collection Please note – due to venue restrictionswe need tobe clear of theWarwickshire Event Centre by 1pm on Monday 26th September. Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Vehicles can be collected fromTheWEC on Sunday 25th September between 10am and 3pm and Monday 26th September between 9am and 1pm. Any cars not collected by 1pm on Monday 26th September will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 + VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 + VAT per day from the Monday onwards.
